LCMHCA Supervision

I am a Qualified Supervisor that provides supervision services to individuals working toward their North Carolina Clinical Mental Health Counselor certification (LCMHC). I offer supervision under the Discrimination Model (Bernard & Goodyear, 2004). The Discrimination Model is an integrative approach to supervision theories that emphasize the supervisory relationship, in addition to the Supervisor in the role of teacher, counselor, and consultant that focuses on the needs of each individual Supervisee.
